A simple breathing exercise that actually helps my anxiety
I know breathing exercises sound basic, but the 4-7-8 technique has genuinely changed things for me. Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Do it 4 times. It activates your parasympathetic nervous system. Takes 2 minutes and works even at 3am.
